- Site survey for safety hazards / situations – by SME
- Necessary action taken to reduce any findings to the acceptable risk status prior to starting work on site
- SME will verify all certifications of contractors including Biopharmax prior to start of work
- Full time Site Safety manager – Biopharmax employee
- Weekly visit of SME/Safety office at site for safety survey during project progress
- Safety briefing on sight for all workers prior to start of work
- Certification check for sub-constructors prior to start of work
